It's not really a song. I don't quite know how people categorize songs from "music pieces". I just call it synth music. Well, whatever it is... It's the first time ever I made a sound like that. Just needed a break from organic instruments. One of our classes was becoming friends with LOGIC. It's a mac program in which one can compose freely whatever plays in his mind. Of course, as a composers line - we had to know every step of music production. Working in any programs was just a matter of time. At the beginning I found it hard to work on mac's (but now I can't really imagine having a regular computer). So the whole process of learning was slow for me at first. But once I sat on it and just played around with sounds, I got used to using some of the tools. (Still suck at mixing).
I started from some techno, trans stuff. But I love Archive, Gotan Project, Massive Attack... They became an inspiration quite quickly. Of course, well at least in my opinion, this one has nothing to do with any of the bands I named.. But I think I did quite well as for my first steps in electronic music. I dunno.. Some of my friends like it, some say it's really bad, some just say they prefer to listen to my acoustic playing. I say - i needed to try something new, something fresh! So it was very fun for me to try it! (:
I present to you "Breathe again".
Oh! I almost forgot! I named it "Breathe Again aka BOMBAJ" because one of my friends compared it to a city in India. She said it's the siddhar instrument I picked. I dunno. Kinda suits me, anyway... (:

All righty! So! Im now posting a small videoclip that I made to my "Spinning" song. It's also the best recording of it so far. And trust me.. We have tried it out many times in different variations but I think this one sounds best. I know it's not perfect and it misses alot. But we didn't have much time to record it properly! So the recording was done at Oure Sport & Performance hojskole, Fyn, Denmark, on June 2012. What do You think of it?

One of my last recordings at Oure's music studio. This one was done very quickly. Just me and an electro-acoustic guitar. A small mix done in the studio to level it up. I didn't even have time to warm up so my voice doesn't sound best but what can You do.. I needed to save it somewhere. Now You can listen to it! The most important thing about this song, is that it's in Polish. Polish is my birth language and I never used it to composed becouse.. well... if You need to know something about the Polish language than I'll tell You. It's not only hard to speak but it's also very hard to write beautifully in it. Maybe that's one of the reasons why most of what I hear on the radio in my home country is just shit. Lyrics are important and don't let anyone tell you different! Before this song happened.. I wrote a three verse long poem. It took me a while to find all of the right words and double meanings. When I finished the poem I was quite proud of myself. I wanted to show it to someone but who reeds poetry nowadays? So I did what I do best. I made a song out of it. Four simple chords and couple of words for the chous. And I loved it. So here is my very first Polish darling "Moją bądź".
Last concert at Oure...
"Runaway"
Hi, I think it's time to do some updates. First I will post two videos recorded back in February. It was our first concert in Oure Sport & Performance hojskole. The first song is a duet of me and my new friend. His name is Christian Moller Haase. (You just HAVE TO check out his music! Im giving You a link to his soundcloud: http://soundcloud.com/christian-m-ller-haase ). On one of the first lessons we were given a task to cooperate in pairs that our teachers choosed. We were supposed to compose music and write lyrics together. I think we did a peace of good job on that one. Maybe it was luck but we got inspired quite quickly! I can also honestly say that we share this song. Christian figured out the music and second verse. I came up with the melody line and the first verse. We also wrote the lyrics together. And this is what came out (:
It's called "Ironic love"
Second song I performed was a song composed by me during a different exercise. We had a lottery of two chords on which we were supposed to think of music and melody. What I did is the first song ever in which I used more than 5 chords. So I am very proud of myself (:
